Order Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on third-party logistics providers.

Beyond Seller Control

1. Unpaid Tariffs
The parcel will be destroyed if the customs duties are not paid on time.

2. Customs Delays
Delays in inspection or clearance by local customs.

3. Errors / Change of Address
Incomplete or incorrect address details and post-order changes.

4. Post-Delivery Losses
If the shipment is marked as delivered.

5. Parcel Refusal
When the recipient refuses to accept delivery of a parcel.

6. Returns&Exchanges
Please be aware that overseas purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Regarding unexpected customs processing delays, we suggest allowing time for clearance.
